Warning: The kettle is designed to boil water extremely quickly in all weather conditions while using very little fuel. When filled with water, a Kelly Kettle should always be carried in an upright position to avoid spilling/leaking from the spout or chimney top.

Older kettles may have an orange rubber stopper or cork stopper. These stoppers MUST ALWAYS be removed before boiling. Never boil the kettle with these older stoppers in the spout.
