Cook Set Pot Support – maximum heat utilization and cooking stability

This practical support allows you to place the Cook Set directly on top of the kettle while boiling water. It utilizes all the heat generated in the chimney, ensuring maximum fuel efficiency. The kettle works great even in the rain – with the pot support, you can cook in extremely adverse weather conditions.

If you need to add fuel during cooking, simply remove the pot using the lifting handle (included in Cook Set) and add more fuel. The pot support does not need to be removed from the chimney while refueling. After cooking, allow the support to cool, then easily disassemble and fold flat – convenient to store in the kettle for transport.

Tip: The support is designed for quick cooking – noodles, rice, oatmeal, soups, dehydrated meals, or reheating. The kettle must always be full of water when using the pot support. Once the water boils away, remove the pot and support, and continue cooking over the fire either with:

• Cook Set grill parts, or
• Hobo Stove accessories

Never use the support over an empty kettle – risk of chimney overheating and kettle damage.

New Usage Options

The pot support is universal and increases stability on uneven terrain. Simply press it into a slope or uneven surface to create a stable and level area for the kettle or fire pit. Outdoor cooking no longer requires a perfectly flat surface.

By raising the fire above the ground, burn marks on grass, wooden floors, or picnic tables are completely eliminated. Simply turn the support upside down and use it under the fire – it remains cool to the touch while the kettle cooks above.
