High-quality Skrama leather sheath – durable, practical and made in Finland

Premium leather sheath with belt loop is the ideal accessory for the Skrama 240 knife. It combines high durability, functionality and a clean, elegant design, exactly as expected from quality gear. Just like the knife itself, the sheath is made in Finland.

Main features

  • Wide belt loop (6 cm) – compatible with most belts, including wider military ones
  • Pivoting D-ring attachment – allows the knife to move freely on the belt, stays out of the way and enables easy drawing in any position
  • Snap retention strap – securely holds the knife even during heavy use (may feel tight when new – gently stretch or moisten with warm water)
  • Grommet hole at the tip – allows attachment to the thigh with a cord
  • Drain hole – removes water from the sheath

Inside the sheath there is a plastic blade insert, identical to the one supplied with the Skrama 240 knife.

Materials and craftsmanship

The sheath is made from locally sourced vegetable-tanned cowhide with a thickness of approx. 2 mm, ensuring high strength and long service life. All connections are reinforced with durable metal rivets for maximum reliability.

Sustainable production – leather from Finland

The leather comes from the Finnish family company Pelo (established in 1897), specializing in premium leather production. The company focuses on minimizing waste, eco-friendly production and respect for animals and nature.

The leather is sourced exclusively as a by-product of the food industry (dairy and meat production). Materials come from local sources with a strong emphasis on animal welfare – no animals are raised solely for leather production.

The result is a durable, ethically made sheath that performs reliably even in demanding outdoor conditions.
