Morakniv Classics knives are made from carbon steel, which makes them easy to sharpen but requires more maintenance when exposed to moisture or corrosive environments. Make sure to keep the blade clean and dry. The distinctive barrel-shaped handle of red-stained birch was first introduced about a hundred years ago with the ambition of portraying an exclusive mahogany knife. The polymer sheath with a polished appearance is covered with a Dalekar shield. This is complemented by a belt strap in Swedish vegetable tanned leather, designed to stand the test of time for generations to come. Over the decades, it has become one of the world's most popular lifestyle knives - a timeless Morakniv in its purest form.
