The Ganzo sheath is made of 3CR13 steel (modified 440A steel) and polymer handles. The 3CR13 grade steel is stainless steel, so you can use the axe in any weather. The surface is also well protected from contamination when chopping. However, for longer life, it is better to wipe it after use. The axe is painted with black durable paint to prevent sun glare while working. It is a detail, but to some extent it can serve to increase the safety of the user. The width of the axe is only 4.4 cm, but it widens to 8 cm towards the blade. The handle is made of glass fibre reinforced nylon. It is a strong and reliable material that is not susceptible to sudden changes in temperature, soaking and impact. The length of the top is 34,7 cm and the width is 3,5 cm. The handle widens towards the end to prevent accidental slipping out of the hand when chopping wood. In addition, there is a hole at the end of the hilt for tying e.g. Paracord.
The saw is stored in a hollow handle from which it easily gets out when it is needed. The total length of this tool is 30 cm, 18 cm of which falls on the blade of the saw, which is of the same steel as for the axe. The end of the saw is rounded. The bright yellow handle is made of ABS plastic with high strength. The handle extends to the end and also has an opening for the Paracord. In addition, the handle has shaping near the blade for a better grip. The third part of the set is the flint, which will create a spark to start a fire in any weather. The distinct advantage of the flint is that it won't break like the lighter, or stop to work after getting wet like matches. The flint length is 7 cm and it weighs only 11g. Its storage location is on the axe case. The case is made of well noticeable yellow plastic and completely covers the axe edge when the axe is not in use. There is a large handle on the case, for comfortable carrying, and a belt clip on the back.
